Privacy Policy
We collect as little information as possible. Public pages can be read without creating an account, and the appointment form is limited to scheduling and contact details.
Appointment requests
When you submit a request, we process your name, phone number, chosen chamber, requested date or period, preferred language, consent time and a booking reference. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions or reports.
How requests are used
- To review and respond to your requested appointment
- To notify authorized clinic staff
- To prevent abuse and duplicate requests
- To maintain a short operational record until the approved retention period ends
Service providers
The site is planned for Cloudflare hosting, D1 storage and Turnstile abuse protection. Appointment notifications may use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Public content is managed with Sanity. These providers process limited data as needed to operate their services.
Analytics and logs
Search and website analytics must never receive appointment names, phone numbers, references or message content. Technical logs are restricted and retained only as needed for reliability and security.
Your choices
You may choose to call instead of using the form. To ask about correction or deletion of a request, contact authorized clinic staff using the published phone number and provide your booking reference.
